01The Program

That's why we offer MBA and PGDM students structured internships and campus placements as Business Development Assistants.

Internships run for 2–6 months, and suitable candidates are offered full-time placement. Interns work directly under our Business Development Managers, Head of Sales, and Directors — with structured guidance and mentorship at every step, building the foundation for a brighter career. You'll work on a brand sold in 200+ cities, recommended by 40,000+ dentists, and growing pan-India, with high performers earning a defined path into full-time Sales Officer and Business Development roles — and exceptional candidates fast-tracked toward managerial positions.

02What Students Do

• Support distributor and retail-channel development in live territories
• Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and consumer surveys
• Assist in product demonstrations, dental-clinic outreach, and trade campaigns
• Work on e-commerce, brand, and promotional projects with the marketing team
• Prepare sales reports and MIS — learning how a real revenue engine runs
• Present findings and ideas directly to senior management
